NO FOR MOST ITEMS - Items are not to be placed in the dishwasher unless it is specifically recommended in the item listing details. Be sure and clean all parts of the item with a soft cloth and mild soap, including the lid seal (if applicable). Do not soak.

ASK US - There are many custom orders that we do accept, including items that may not be shown in our shop currently. Please contact us with what you have in mind by clicking 'request a custom order.'

In general, you can rely on the photos. However, because each and every order is different and made by our artisans, we base the sizing of our engravings using our professional judgment. Not everything that is ordered will exactly match what is shown. If you have a specific request, please send us a conversation before placing your order so we can make sure it can be accommodated on the specific item you would like to personalize.

SEND PHOTOS - Notify us within 48 hours by sending a photo of the order and the packaging (box, bag, etc) it was delievered in. We will help you immediately upon receiving this information.

YES AFTER YOU ORDER - We are happy to provide a proof before we start your order. Add the proof request to the notes box in the Cart when you order. We do not provide proofs prior to an actual order due to the artisan nature of our work.

Yes if we have not started working on your order.
No if we have started working on your order (including information gathering, design, and actual personalization).

We work with a sense of urgency so cancellations must generally be sent right away for us to accommodate your request.

If we have not begun your order, yes, you may change the design. Once we have created your artwork for your order changes incur a change fee.

We may be able to redirect your package. Some carriers charge for this service and you are responsible for reimbursing us for these charges. If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable, you will need to pay the cost to reship the order.
