Eusi's handmade bath products are all natural with a short shelf life, we hope you'll use them as soon as they arrive. You can expect 6-8 months shelf life.

Do you sell in bulk or wholesale?
Sorry, no we do not.

Do you do customize items?
Not at the moment. Hopefully in the near future.

How often do you restock?
We restock many items when possible a few times a week. Emails are sent out to our request items list to inform you of eligibility. We usually sell out of many items very quickly, first come first serve. Unfortunately we are unable to promise anyone anything.

Typically, we ship within 3-5 business days, please be aware that Etsy DOES NOT include weekend days in processing times. If we run into an issue or if shipping is going to take longer than we stated we will inform you asap, tracking numbers will be provided by email when your package is being shipped.

Due to ongoing Covid-19 regulations and the Holiday Season, USPS has been experiencing delays. I ship first class and priority mail, and while it is supposed to arrive within 2-5 business days, this is not always the case and can be substantially delayed. This is out of our control, it is up to you to continue to track you package.

Incorrect address:
If you as the customer, give an incorrect address upon check out to Etsy, I am NOT responsible for tracking down your package or sending you a replacement. If your package is sent back to me, I will inform you ASAP with a photo of your package. ONLY THEN will you receive a full refund, I will not resend your package.

Damaged items:
If an item is damaged during transit, immediately contact me and send a photo I will correct it and send out a replacement ASAP.

Delivered Packages:
If your package has been marked delivered by the post office, we are no longer responsible for that package.

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

I do not accept returns or exchanges on personal hygiene items mainly due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and good sanitary practices.
However, please contact me if you have any other questions or concerns about order; (an incorrect order due to our mistake or damaged items during delivery)
