We accept custom ring, please contact us and send us the ring pictures you like, we can customize it for you. Or any ideas about the design, please contact us. But for the custom ring, normally, we don't accept the return or refund, thanks for your understanding.

All the solid gold items will take about 2-3 weeks for handmade production before shipping, shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Normally, we don't accept the urgent order, as we have to promise the quality, thanks for your understanding.

The ring size we offer is between US3~US10, the sizes of the ring are selectable. If you need larger or smaller size, it can be customized, please contact us.

We offer 90 days FREE fixing and exchanging warranty for all quality problems. For items over 90 days, please fix it in local jewelers. Regarding the lifetime warranty card for the moissanite main stone, please be informed that it specifically covers instances where scratches or cloudiness appear on the stone. Please note that the replacement or setting process should be carried out at a local jewelry store. In the event of returning the ring for a replacement, reasonable repair costs will be applicable.

Normally，when you wear the ring, you can not touch the chemical things. As the electrodeposition will be broken. Do not put your ring with other metal item together, as the stone and the gold may be destoryed. Do not put your ring at too cold or too hot environment, as the ring will be ugly, the stone will fall off. You can to use the soft brushes or cloth to clean your ring, also you can go to the profession ring jewelry stone to do that.

a. If we have already started your original order, one ring will cost $40 as the extra payment. b. For exchanges on already received orders, a 15%~20% fee will be charged based on the price you paid for each ring. Thanks for your understanding.
