* The returned item(s) should be unworn and in the same condition in which it was dispatched. Any loss in condition/value will be deducted from the refund. Please return in the original packaging boxes with all original contents.
* The return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer and a tracked and insured method is recommended as the risk of the return journey is borne by the buyer.

ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED
* Please retain all packaging until further notice where items arrive damaged - and contact me as soon as possible via Etsy messages. Please be ready to provide sufficient clear photographs of any and all damages to packaging and product to facilitate a claim against the courier. Thank you.
* After damage has been confirmed I will either provide a return shipping label or refund shipping cost where a courier/service has been agreed upon.

OVERSEAS BUYERS
* Please mark returns as "Returned Goods - Unsuitable - Relief Claimed" clearly on both sides of the package, otherwise Customs Duty/VAT may be levied on the parcel. If this does happen any charges levied will be deducted from the repayment made.
