The "Petit Palais" built for this prestigious exhibition is located opposite to the "Grand Palais", between La Place de la Concorde and La Seine. This wonderful building houses Paris Fine Arts Museum.
This elegant and romantic platter can still be used nowadays for serving food with style and is a lovely piece to display as well.
Stamped at the back is the date : 1900s and the factory signature "A. LEBACQZ ET BOUCHART", from St Amand Les Eaux in Eastern France.
Condition
Vintage condition. Signs of wear : scratches, main one in the center of the platter, photo n° 4,5, hairline visible only on the back, photo n°9, tea stains, see photos.
