We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. We will always ship on time but we cannot control the package once it leaves our shop. Personalized gifts may not be returned for buyers remorse or any reason for that matter. Our personalization techniques are permanent and returned merchandise cannot be resold. If we make a mistake on any item we will gladly replace it.

This is due to the fast nature of our business, everything we do is time sensitive and most orders are worked on almost immediately after the purchase. We are open 7 days per week, 18 hours per day.
