To measure your size for bracelets and anklets, use a piece of string to wrap around your wrist/ankle and determine how much drape (how low the piece sits) you like. Next measure your string against a ruler to determine your size.

When you place an order, please do include the size you would like your bracelet, necklace, or anklet to be and I will adjust it accordingly: either larger or smaller.

The sizes I quote are measured on the jewelry laying flat as that is likely how you will measure for size. For the width measurement, I do the same: line all the strands up and measure the widest part.

Almost all of my jewelry designs are fully customizable to suit your own preferences. If you would like something shortened, lengthened, in a different colour, with a different charm, for example, just send me a note through the "ask a question" button on the top right of the listing and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

To begin a completely new design for you, my process includes sending photos and messages back and forth to see if we are "on track" and I will continue working until you are completely happy.

Many of my jewelry pieces are finished with handmade and/or manufactured silver charms.

Please feel free to message me if you would prefer a different charm to what is pictured on the jewelry and I will happily change it at no extra charge with another instock charm.

My stock is always changing and growing so do let me know if there is something special you are looking for and I'll send you a photo of my current supply.

All purchases from Et Cetera Design are wrapped in a jewelry box, an organza bag, or satin gift bag.

Upgraded gift wrapping to include a handwritten gift card and seasonal wrapping paper is available at checkout.

You will also receive anti tarnish tissue paper and a silver polishing cloth to keep your silver sparkling when it is not being worn.

For your security, all purchases over $50 CAD are shipped with tracking and insurance. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days within Canada and the US.

Once I have shipped your purchase I will send you your tracking number through Etsy dispatch notifications.

Purchases of less than $50 ship by regular mail (no tracking or insurance). You are always welcome to upgrade your shipping to include tracking and insurance at the checkout if you prefer.

The gemstones I use in my designs are purchased from reputable Canadian and US suppliers who sell only ethically sourced and mined gemstones. Unless otherwise noted, all gemstones used are A grade or better.

Jewelry that is listed as sterling silver is 925. Silver plate pieces are free of nickel, lead, and cadmium.

My designs are strung on 49 strand jewelry wire for strength, drape, and durability. Each strand is individually crimped to a solid jump ring and finished with a crimp ring for a seamless look. Wire protectors are also used where the jewelry wire joins the rings to prevent wear.

Because my goal is to have you be absolutely thrilled with your new jewelry, I offer a "no quibble" return policy on all purchases: if you are not completely delighted, simply contact me for return instructions (you pay the return shipping) and I will send a full refund as soon as your unworn and undamaged jewelry is returned to me.

Personalized items or earrings (for sanitary reasons) are not eligible for returns.

If your jewelry breaks under normal wear conditions during the first year, send your piece back and I will repair and return it to you promptly. After the first year, repair costs are simply time and materials (feel free to message me for a quote). Again, shipping costs are paid by you for repairs.
