Your shipping address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. I ship to the address I have on file at the time of dispatch. Once your parcel is dispatched, I can't change the address, redirect, or recall it. Returns or re-deliveries due to a wrong address are at your cost. Notice a mistake? Message me BEFORE I ship and I'll update the address. If your Etsy and PayPal addresses differ, I use the Etsy invoice address unless you tell me otherwise (before dispatch).

Where is my tracking number?

If you want a tracking number please select the tracked shipping option at checkout. Sometimes the tracking number will not be available at first. If this happens, let us know and we'll sort it out for you. Once your order reaches your destination country you will be able to track it with your local postal service (USPS once it reaches the US). Australian orders will only have a tracking number if you purchase Tracked at checkout.

Items may be marked as shipped when the shipping label is created. This can be a day or two before it is actually shipped. Please see shipping estimates in our shop policies. Occasionally orders may be held up in customs, delaying postage times, and this is unfortunately beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive before a date you need them, unless it has been discussed prior to ordering. We clearly state our processing times as well as shipping times, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

Where is my Australian order?

All orders within Australia are domestic. Domestic orders take between 2-20 business days to arrive, after dispatch. If you are worried about your order and it has been 4 weeks since it was mailed, please: - Check with your neighbours - Check all the places your mail could be delivered in error, or left. - Check your local post office and let them know you are expecting a package but you haven't received it. If it has been 4 weeks since it was mailed please contact us.

Where is my International order?

We ship from Australia, so all orders outside Australia are international. Most international parcels arrive within 2 to 6 weeks of dispatch. Customs processing can hold parcels up at the destination border, especially for Canada (orders can take 8 to 10 weeks or more, outside our control). All international orders ship tracked. If you're worried about your order and it has been 5 weeks since dispatch: - Check with your neighbours and any other places mail can be left - Check with your local post office (mention you're expecting an international package) If it has been 7 weeks since dispatch and there's still no sign of it, send me a message and we'll start a lost-parcel claim.

How are our pins graded?

All my pins are handmade. There's no perfect pin. Small variations happen. STANDARD GRADE is the cleanest of the batch. Tiny things might be there if you look hard (a small air bubble, a hair-width scratch, light scuffing on the side) but in normal light, you won't notice. Most of what I send out is Standard. SECONDS: came out of the batch with something wrong. Could be enamel over the metal lines, a post glued off, plating that skipped, mismatched fill colours, or more than one of those at once. You won't know which flaw yours has. I don't pick them by flaw. You pay less for that uncertainty. Seconds come in a little plastic bag.

Where is my Canadian order?

Due to customs in Canada, orders sent there can be very slow, sometimes 10+ weeks. We unfortunately don’t have any way to speed this up.
