Can I buy a digital file so I can print the calendar myself?

Yes! At www.calgirlprintables.etsy.com, you can order our calendars as a digital download. You can have your local copy shop print it out. Digital files are $15.00. This is a great option if you live overseas also. If you don't see a design there that you see in this shop, just message us.

LOST PACKAGE? While we can work with you to find a solution to lost packages, once our packages are marked "Delivered" they are considered fulfilled by our company and we are not responsible for any events after that. RETURNS Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. If the item doesn’t require any personalization, we can accept returns, if the item is in brand new, unused condition, and still in original packaging. We will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. DAMAGE If your item arrives damaged, you must let us know within 30 days of receipt (if outside of the US, you must let us know within 7 days of receipt).

How much can I customize the calendar?

-We can change the Title at the top, and we can change the font to a different font. -We can change the headings of the side or bottom boxes, and take off the days of the week. -We can start the week on Monday if needed. -We can make one long notes section on the side instead of 2 boxes. -INDICATE THESE CHANGES in the Personlaization box at checkout. If the changes are more involved, there may be a custom design fee. Contact us for more information.

What cannot be changed?

We cannot change the overall size of the board; the board must fit into one of these frame openings sizes: 8 X 10 (outside frame dimensions 10 X 12), 18 X 24 (outside frame dimensions 20 X 26), or 24 X 36 (outside frame dimensions 26 X 38). A few of our designs can be made into 16 X 20 (outside frame dimensions 18 x 22). Contact us for more info.

Can you make the background white instead of chalkboard, or get rainbow magnets instead of white magnets?

Yes, we can make the background white, with black gridlines and text. In the Personalization box at checkout, write "make it a whiteboard". If you want rainbow magnets instead of white magnets (option 6), indicate that in the Personalization box at checkout.

Can I see a proof before you print?

Yes, just indicate in the Personalization Box at checkout that you want to see a proof. Be sure to check your email! And also check your junk or spam box - sometimes messages from Etsy go there. If we send a proof and don't hear back from you, we will contact you a few days later, and if we still don't hear back, we will go ahead and ship.

How can I see the options?

The options are described in the listing. If you are looking at it on a mobile device, you have to scroll down and click on "Item Details.”

What is non-glare acrylic?

Acrylic is another word for plexiglass. Non-glare acrylic has a matte surface, so it is not a glossy surface like glass or plexiglass, but perfect for the chalkboard look!

What are Chalk Ink Markers?

Chalk Ink Markers are liquid markers that look and write wonderfully. Instead of messy chalk, they write smooth and erase completely from our premium acrylic surface.

This LARGE SIZE beautiful whiteboard calendar is professionally designed, and is made to be used with dry erase markers, wet-erase markers, or chalk ink markers. The surface is an amazing premium acrylic. The ink erases completely, with no residue.

If you order option 2-6, calendar is framed and comes with our wonderful acrylic surface.

We include ALL needed hanging hardware to attach to each side of the back of the frame. Because the board is hung with hardware on each side, it won't move around as you write and erase on it, in contrast to boards hung with 1 nail in the middle. We include special "locators" to help you find the exact spot where the screws should go.
