Are your products guaranteed?

North Star Leather's products are guaranteed for as long as you own them. We guarantee all zippers, seams, and hardware. We do not guarantee the wear and tear to the finish: soiling, cuts, scratches etc. that happen as you use the item. We will pay your postage both ways if the product is defective or needs repair in the first year. Thereafter we request return postage. If for some reason you have a problem not covered by the above please call 1-800-338-7637.

Custom and personalized orders

We're happy to consider some modifications: adding a pocket or window, lengthening the strap on a handbag, we can also try to find a specific color or material, just ask and we'll see what's possible. If you have a custom project with a specific logo, we can also emboss on most of our items, just contact us for details.
