I sometimes love to simply hold a Rose Quartz inspirational/wishing crystal or place in a pocket. A good crystal to use in crystal healing when working on the heart chakra, higher heart and solar plexus chakras. Rose Quartz especially with inspirational words, would be one of the crystals I would work with when dealing with anything to do with love and self love. Great to use in release work, altars, crystal healing and around the home and workplaces.

As I am a Reiki Master & crystal healer, your crystal will be sent out to you Reiki cleansed, ready for you to use.

Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional love. One of the most important stones for Heart Chakra work – love of self, love of family, love of friends, romantic love. Because it is quartz, Rose Quartz does have a high energy, but its vibe is calm and soothing. Use Rose Quartz when working with positive self-affirmations. Known as a romance stone, Rose Quartz is often used to attract love. Put a piece of Rose Quartz in your bedroom, or in the relationship corner of a room or home to attract new love or when working to gain trust and commitment to existing relationships.
