These soft and fun hair ties are the perfect customizable baby shower favors! :)

They are made from a soft and stretchy material that has been knotted at the ends. These beautiful hair ties are gentle on your hair, don't pull or dent your hair! They can also be worn as trendy bracelets or anklets.

This display card will say "Hello Baby" and is customizable at the bottom.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PLACE ORDER:
1. Please choose the amount of favors you need from the first dropdown menu option that says "Choose Card Quantity Here". Each favor comes with one hair tie.
2. Choose the "Display Card" color from its dropdown menu.
3. Do not change the last "Quantity" option. Please leave that at "1".
4. Click "Add to Cart".

If you need more favors than what is offered, contact us.

If you need more than two hair ties or less, we do have other listings with those options. Please check our website and if you don't see what you need, contact us.

TURNAROUND TIME:
Our current turnaround time is 3-5 business days.

Please include all requested info in the note to seller when placing your order. This will help us process and create the order in a timely manner. Leaving out info will cause an exchange of multiple correspondences and can add to the time frame.

If you have a rush order, contact us prior to placing the order! We reply asap. Leaving a date in the note to seller does not guarantee delivery by that date. Bring it to our attention so we can advise you accordingly on when we can ship the order, which shipping method would be best, and if there will be a rush order fee.

There will be a customization fee, which will vary based on the extent of the customization request. Contact us about this option PRIOR to placing an order.

Yes! All of our hair tie options are shown in the listings. Scroll through the pictures of the listing to see them.

In the note to seller at checkout, provide the number(s) that correspond to the hair tie(s) you want.

You can choose the same hair tie(s) for all the cards or choose different ones for each card! You can make your own assortments or let us choose.

Please do check our shop announcements to see if any hair tie is out of stock. If you don't check and choose an out of stock hair tie, we will contact you and ask you to choose a replacement.

Leaving out this information or choosing an overstock hair tie can increase the turnaround time.

My prices do not include VAT/GST or other import fees.

Your country may have a VAT/GST that will be collected at the time of delivery. These are not extra shipping charges or insufficient postage charges. It's the buyer's responsibility to pay them, not the seller's responsibility.

Please be aware of these fees prior to ordering.

If a package is refused and returned due to VAT/GST or other import fees, a refund will be issued minus shipping cost once the package is delivered back to me.

Unfortunately we are not responsible for any delays in shipment on the part of USPS. We work very hard to ensure all orders are shipped timely. If your order was shipped timely, which is within our 3-5 business days timeframe or rush processing timeframe, and later was delayed from USPS, we can't be held responsible.

If your order was delivered late and you no longer need it, you can return the order to us following our return policy above. No return/refund will be issued for custom or personalized orders.

Item did not arrive in time. Seller guaranteed favors would arrive in time but shipped on her last acceptable shipping day which resulted in a delay in receiving the product. The favors did not arrive in time for my nieces baby shower. Great communication with the initial inquiry but I definitely felt slighted knowing there was absolutely no extra effort to get this package out the door to accommodate the event date.

Customer contacted asking if order will deliver in time when ordering. I checked and saw that even if I shipped on the last day of our turnaround time, the order would deliver in time. That is what I told her. There was no guarantee. Even then, I upgraded her shipping method to priority mail (free of charge) because she was concerned it would not make it. I shipped it with ample time to deliver before the event. However, package was delayed by USPS. I had made every effort to ensure that the package was delivered timely. The customer knows this very well so I feel it is unfair to say that we made no extra effort to accommodate her date. It is unfortunate that it was delayed by USPS, which none of us could have foreseen. We work very hard to accommodate our customers, and ensure all packages are timely delivered timely.
