I was very disappointed with my experience with that seller. I ordered a ghost costume for my baby over a month before Halloween. It never arrived. When contacting the seller, I was told to chase up Royal Mail. I noted that she should refund me and chase up Royal Mail, not me. In answer to that she cancelled my second order I placed to get the costume in time and wished me a nice Halloween (after ruining it as I have no costume now). I had to contact Etsy itself to get a refund.
