Like pulling teeth to get the seller to take responsibility. The necklace came with a poorly soldered chain. Discolored and clumped in the middle, it was obviously a broken chain that they put together and thought that was okay. It was also just soldered to the clasp without a jump ring. Said they were going to reimburse international shipping return label and I showed them the receipt. Kept saying that they'll only refund the postage when they get the necklace. It was really unprofessional, since it is seller responsibility to provide a return label for a defective item. I understand not refunding the necklace yet before receiving it, but not the label. Two separate problems. Zero accountability. It's been almost 2 months. Now open dispute with payment provider. edit: seller will only give partial refund if I change review
