What print material do you use?

We use only the best Giclee Premium Quality Prints. Images for printing are 300 pixels per square inch (recommended for High Resolution), and prints are made with archival, vibrant inks that are lasting and durable.

How long do items take to arrive after an order?

All shipments for decals or shirts are processed within 1-3 days. Prints usually processed within 7-10 days of orders. Shipping to buyers after processing typically takes 3-10 days depending on the location of the order's address.

How are items shipped?

Prints are shipped in an acid free laminate, between cardboard pieces and secured tightly for shipment or in a mailing tube depending on the print size. Original works are shipped in boxes or crates to prevent damage to the piece. They are flattened between cardboard, wrapped in bubble wrap tightly, and snugly packaged in a box to prevent any damage during transit. Decals and shirts are sent in mailers.

What if I am unhappy with the print quality sent to me?

Contact me within 14 days and I will replace your print free of charge.

Damaged items: The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time! Wrong size: If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out. If you'd like a different size, get in touch with us at thebonniefly@gmail.com and we'll let you know what your next steps are.

Shipment hasn't arrived?

Order never arrived: If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! Please give 10-14 days following an order for the product to arrive. If the package is lost or hasn't arrived after 14 days, I will send another or give a refund upon request. Just let me know and I'll be happy to help. First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

Print Paper: All prints are printed professionally on Premium Giclee Paper. It is a thick (21-mil) heavy weight (310g) paper with a 1/2 inch extra border to facilitate matting and framing. It has a natural-white, matte finish with a textured watercolor feel. Images of the work is printed at 300 pixels per inch to ensure a high quality and high-resolution print that is indistinguishable from the original.
