WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

'Ready to ship" & "made-to-order" pieces in the same order will SHIP TOGETHER after your full order is completed. We follow government laws and state TRUE RETAIL PRICE on packages. Buyer is responsible for knowing their laws and duties. Shipping cost for packages returned because of unpaid duties will not be refunded. Subsequent shipping cost required for replacement. Average delivery time is 2 weeks.. Delays are most often due to an influx of imported items into countries causing a backlog at Customs. If packages are delayed our insurance company requires 6 weeks from shipping date for claims. Replacements are made and sent, or refunded, after 6 week grace period. Replacements are given top priority, shipped immediately afterwards.

Yes. Please understand we cannot be responsible for postal delays as they are out of our control. In the UNLIKELY event your package is lost by the postal system we will replace it and ship via the original shipping method, not expedited at our expense. We apologize in advance for any RARE but POSSIBLE delays caused by the USPS. They do happen on occasion.

Please notify your local post office immediately. CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE and inquire with your tracking number. It is likely your postal carrier will know where it was placed. The faster contact is made with them the more likely they are to find it. We cannot be responsible for errors by your local postal carriers, so please contact them promptly for their best service.

We are unable to offer expedited shipping like second day or over night delivery.

Yes, on most occasions we can offer you our 10 day completion for $12 per item. This does not include shipping time, only our completion time. A sexy lingerie lace pattern adorns the edges and the back tapers dramatically for optimum comfort. It is oxidized and hand spot polished for contrast to highlight the delicate detail of the lace border while the back is lightly stippled for a sultry vintage negligee allure.

Very cool ring - and well made. Looks like a one of a kind piece. It's a unique style that not everyone would love, but I think it's great and will dress it up or down. The edges are a tiny bit sharp and could get caught and possibly tear delicate material, so be careful of that. Only problem was, in picture, the ring had a space (maybe 1/4 inch) in between the two long bars. The ring I received did not. You would be surprised how much of a difference that little space made in the look of the ring. It was too goth without it. But I separated the two bars myself with plyers, and that fixed it. All's well that ends well. Customer service was good too. I'd buy from them again. Took forever to get here.
