How do I request a custom color or size for an item listed in your shop?

Use "Contact" link on dé Marie & Marie home page or "Request a custom order" link located beneath most listing's photos. Currently, we only accept requests to customize the color, size and/or quantity of items already offered in our shop.

Are gift orders/shipping directly to recipient available?

Yes. Use the recipient's address as the "ship to" address. Most of our items already ship in gift style packaging and include a gift receipt if you choose this option at checkout.

What additional costs can be anticipated?

For international customers, (outside the US), customs fees may be requested by your local post office prior to delivery of your item. Please check your country's border control policies.

How do I return an unwanted purchase?

Please contact us through Etsy messages to begin processing your return. Items with removed tags, custom orders (including Pom Poms and Flowers), and sale items are not eligible for a return. All returned items must be in their original condition. Refunds will not be processed on used items, unauthorized returns or items returned more than 14 days after original receipt. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
