Yes, if it is requested at the time your order is placed I am happy to provide a proof! Your proof will be sent as soon as possible after your order is received.

Proofs will need to be approved before your order can be printed & shipped.

Proofs will have the Chickadee Cottage logo watermark (final products will not) and will not be the quality of the finished products.

All proofs will be sent through the Etsy message system.

All products: 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends & holidays)

Enter your information in the personalization field before adding the item to your cart.

If there is no personalization field on your screen, simply type your information in the "Add a note to ChickadeeCottageCo" field at check out. Each listing states what information you will need to include with your order.

If the design shows all uppercase or all lowercase printing, it will be printed as shown in the photos. This is true for any specialty printing that is outside the norm for capitalization, punctuation, etc.

Custom design work is available on a limited basis and will incur an additional charge.

Yes, my logo is printed in small, grey type on the back of all products.

If you would like the logo left off, just send a message at the time of purchase, and I will be happy to accommodate your request. If the message is sent after your order has been printed, you will need to pay a reprint fee to have your items reprinted without the logo.

If your order has already been printed, you will be required to pay a reprint fee for the product to be printed again.

If your order has not been printed, a change can easily be made at no cost to you.

Your order will ship within the current processing time (check listing and/or shop announcement for times).

If you have requested something different than what is shown on the listing photos or if I have a question about your order, I may send proofs for your approval before printing. If this is the case, I won't be able to print/ship your order until I hear back from you, which can delay the processing and shipping of your order.

All order details and questions about your order will need to be discussed via Etsy messages and/or email so that we have a written record of your order details as well as any changes made. Therefore, I will not be able to contact customers by phone.

All orders will be shipped to the address submitted with your order. If your order is "returned to sender", you will be required to pay for the shipping fee to re-ship your order, even if you qualified for free shipping with the initial order.
