Yes, you can ask for custom colors and sizes. You can also ask for changes- for example: you like the design of a ring but want a brooch or a necklace? Just message me before ordering.

I measure items in cm. For inches, please use converter. All rings are adjustable starting from 17mm.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Due to me sending delicate items, they will be always packed in a cardboard box. If you want me to gift wrap it, I can do that before putting it in the box but I will not buy separate gift box if I don't offer gift wrapping option.

I live in North America and my package is taking a long time. Can I get a refund?

As it states in my listings, I live in Europe. It can take 2 to even 4 weeks on occasion for the package to get there. If it's been over 4 weeks from the shipment date and it hasn't been seen at your local post office i can file a complaint and refund you or send you a new package. If it's been under 4 weeks I don't do refunds because I paid for shipment and your package is on its way. By buying from me you agree to that terms.

If you watched any anime in your life you probably know what tsundere and yandere types are. If not, here are little excerpts from Wikipedia:
- Tsundere (ツンデレ) is a term for a character development process that describes a person who is initially cold (and sometimes even hostile) before gradually showing a warmer, friendlier side over time. The word is derived from the terms tsun tsun (ツンツン), meaning to turn away in disgust, and dere dere (デレデレ) meaning to become 'lovey dovey'. Spelled on the necklace on the left.
- Yandere (ヤンデレ)A term for a person who is initially loving and caring to someone they like a lot until their romantic love, admiration and devotion becomes feisty and mentally destructive in nature through either overprotectiveness, violence, brutality or all three combined. The term is a portmanteau of the words yanderu (病んでる), meaning (mentally or emotionally) ill, and deredere (でれでれ, "lovey dovey"), meaning to show genuinely strong romantic affection. You can create your custom colorways, just message me first. You can also change chain to gold color, just leave a note while you order.

- Items are shipped from Europe so it may take 1-3 weeks for them go get to other continents. For most countries tracking is available via Etsy.

- If you don't receive the order in 4 weeks, please contact me via private message and I will resend your order AFTER you make sure it's not waiting for you at the post office.

- If you don't pick up your registered package from the post office in two weeks and it will return to me you will have to pay the shipping cost again plus 4USD for the fee I have to pay to pick the package up again.
-While tracking your order "In Transit" often means it's been awizoed, so I advise to click the tracking number for more information.
- packages need to be signed as they are tracked. Meaning there has to be a recipient available to receive it, if not, the package will be available for pickup at the post office.
