What is included with my purchase?

If you have purchased a set of nails it will come in a sleek box, with a mini nail prep kit which includes a nail file, cuticle stick, buffer and an alcohol prep pad. Instructions can also be included upon request. Nail glues and adhesive tabs can be purchased separately in the Essential Extras section of the shop.

Can I reuse my nails?

Yes, indeed you can. As long as they are removed without acetone or nail polish remover you will be able to reuse your nails. If used with adhesive tabs you can easily reuse your nails however if you use glue to wear your nails, you can remove the buildup of glue by gently filing off the glue underneath. You could also use an electric nail file if you have one on hand or it might be worth investing in one as it will make it easier to reuse your nails after each wear. Inexpensive nail files can be purchased online. Avoid getting glue or any other similar things on top of your nails as this may damage them and alter the way they look.

How do I find my nail size?

You can easily find out your nail sizes by purchasing a Sizing Kit. The Sizing Kit comes with 10 nails in your chosen shape, in sizes 0-9 and instructions on how to measure your nails. I recommend purchasing the Sizing Kit as it will save you time and give you peace of mind as you can try on each nail size yourself. Which adhesive do you recommend?

It all depends on how long you would like to wear your nails for. If you want to wear your nails for a night or just a day I would recommend using adhesive tabs however nails can last anywhere between 1-7 days with tabs. For weekend wear or wear of up to 2-7 days I would recommend using standard glue. For maximum wear I would highly recommend the IBD 5 Second Nail Glue as it is moisture resistant and lasts for weeks when applied properly. Nail preparation is extremely important before applying the nails as the steps you take will determine how long your nails will stay on for.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes, we have a Gift Wrap option available in the shop. Simply add this to your cart and we will gift wrap your order(s) for you. The gift wrap options includes a different luxurious gift box, which will then be wrapped in tissue paper and extras. We can also include a personal note to the recipient simply let us know what you'd like to write. If you'd like your items wrapped in a certain way we can definitely discuss ideas and make your gift(s) that little bit more special.

Can I customise nail sets that are already listed?

Absolutely! You can change anything from simply just the nail colour or finish to charms, crystals, designs and 3d accessories. All you have to do is send me a message with what you would like to change or add to the nail set, your size, shape and your preferred finish on the nails - matte or shiny. I will then create a custom listing for you.
