I love the design of a pair of your shoes but the heel is much too high for me, would it be possible to recreate them on a lower heel?

Yes I can do that for you. I work with any heel height (very high through to wedges and flats), just message me your requirements and we can go from there.

How durable are the crystals? I’ve bought other twinkly shoes before and the crystals fall off very quickly.

I use industrial strength glue and plenty of it so I don’t expect the crystals to come off! I do send a little care kit with every pair of shoes so in the unlikely/unfortunate event that you knock one off you can always replace it.

I have an idea in my head for a pair of shoes, can you bring them to life?

Absolutely! It’s what I love to do, tell me your ideas and let’s work together.

I have larger feet, you you cater for this?

I cater for all feet sizes, infant 2 up to an adult 12. My listings are for standard UK sizes so if you are unsure about converting them please get in touch. Likewise, if you require a wider fitting, half size or larger than listed pop me a message and I will try to source them for you.

I had saved a pair of your shoes but they sold, can you make me another pair?

Yes that isn’t a problem. It is only the Ets-clusives that I make one of, my made to order listings I simply put as 1 available at a time so I don’t get inundated with work (it’s only me here 😆). Chances are I just haven’t got round to listing them again!

I’m getting married and would love themed shoes for me and my bridesmaids, is this possible?

This is music to my ears 💕💕 I love working with a theme and closely with you to create your dream shoes. Being able to do this for you is such an honour.

Can you crystal flat shoes for me?

Yes of course. Flats, sandals, pumps, heels, Mary Janes, boots, wedges, you name it.

How do you recommend I look after my shoes?

Your sparkly beauties can remain just that for years with the correct care. Always use a shoe horn to put them on and give them a little polish with a microfibre cloth after each wear. Be sure to store them in their box with the acid free tissue paper.

Can you use a pair of my shoes?

Yes I can. Using your own shoes is a fantastic idea especially if you are planning on wearing them for a long/all day occasion and comfort is a concern - or you may just have existing shoes you’d like as a keepsake.
