I purchased this item and when the last day on estimated delivery came and I still didn't receive a tracking number I messaged the seller. She told me she was out of town but would be back and ship it on Monday. I understood and agreed that was fine. On Tuesday I still hadn't received an update so I messaged her. Wednesday night (tonight) I haven't received an answer so I just requested a refund. I'm very disappointed because I've had good experiences in the past and love her shop but this is quite ridiculous at this point.
