A very classic understated Malcolm Starr Evening Gown. Size 8 or 10. Fabric is ribbed Ottomon silk in a chocolate brown color. The beaded waist band is banded in gold roping, gold threads and gold beads. It begins at the front sides and wraps around the back. The neckline is straight across. It is seamed down the front on either side and includes pockets hidden in the seam. It has been shortened but could be let down. It is in very good condition for age. . There is slight discoloration at back under beaded band but is hidden by beaded band. Does not detract from the beauty of the dress.

As best as I could measure without putting it on. Bust 32 33/4", Waist 33", hips measured 2" below beaded band 40". Length from top shoulder strap to hem - 51 3/4". I wore this when I was 130 lbs. 5'2" size 10-12 This gown is high waisted so should free flow over waist.
