How do I access my instant download files?

After checkout and payment has cleared, you can download your file(s). Steps to easily re-download the file(s) associated 1. Go to the top right corner of your etsy page and click on "You". 2. Select "Purchases & Reviews" from the dropdown menu. 3. Find your purchase & click the black button to "Download Files". (NOTE: This must be done on a computer, NOT a mobile phone or iPad)

Can I customize items from your shop?

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1. Select your Shipping Speed.

Step 2. Add the item to your cart and pay for your purchase.

Step 3. Include the following information in the 'Note to Seller' section:
- Guest of Honor's name
- Event Host Name(s) and RSVP Contact Information
- Event Date (Day of the Week, Month, Date) and Time
- Event Location (Name, Address)
- Any other changes to existing wording or any additional information you want included.

*Please note, I will accommodate minor formatting changes at no extra cost. However graphics alterations or additions, background or other color changes are not included. Depending on the services requested, I may ask you to purchase a "design fee" listing in addition to your order should you require such changes.

Step 4.
- I will send you a proof within the time frame you select.
- Two rounds of revisions are included with the purchase. After that, each additional revision will cost $5 per revision. However this amount may increase based on the edit requested.
- Once your final is approved I will email your final PDF file to the email address you have linked with your Etsy account.
