I don't have ready hat blocks. Each hat unit I make individually according to your measurements. For this reason, I do not accept returns. Each purchase is an individual order.

Select the desired size and base (bottom) when buying. The height of each block is standard. If you need another block height, write to me.

You should not knock on the surface because the dents will remain. Do not press strongly to solid objects. When you are transporting it I would recommend to wrap it with a soft cloth. On the hat shape could be the small recesses and grooves. It depends on material from which is it made of. But it will not affect quality of the hats. The surface of the hat block is rough. I recommend to put on a thin plastic bag or wrap it in a stretch wrap.

Looking for a budget-friendly alternative to wooden hat blocks? Expanded polystyrene (styrofoam) is a lightweight solution—each block weighs about 100 grams, making it easy to handle and transport. While not as hard as wood, it will serve you well for a long time with proper care.
Perfect for beginners, professionals on a budget, or those making just a few hats. Ideal for workshops and masterclasses due to its portability.

Important! Polystyrene is a building material. If you are unfamiliar with it, you may research it online or visit a building supply store before purchasing.

Each hat block is custom-made to order, so I do not accept returns. If you don't see the size or height you need in the variations, please message me!
Measuring Tip: When measuring head circumference, do not pull the tape too tight. If you are sewing a sweatband inside the hat, add 1–2 cm (depending on the thickness of the sweatband material) and order a hat block in the appropriate size.

Usage & Care:
✔ Designed for hand-blocking and drying felt hats.
✔ Use steam or an iron cautiously—only along the hat’s surface. Avoid direct contact with the block to prevent damage.
✔ Do not overheat, as adhesive layers may weaken and separate. I am not responsible for damage caused by improper use.
✔ To extend its lifespan, avoid impacts and excessive pressure. Wrap in a soft cloth for transport.

• Small surface imperfections (hollows or grooves) may occur but won’t affect hat quality.
• The surface is slightly rough—use a thin plastic bag or stretch film for extra smoothness.
• Color may vary depending on materials.
