Returns and exchange details

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving shipment for returns or exchanges. Returns accepted with prior approval from bcr-designs. Returns accepted on custom items only due to a product defect. Returned items must be in original condition and original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item we will arrange a refund or exchange. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is due to our error. We highly recommend using delivery confirmation and insurance on all returns for your protection. If your purchase has been damaged in shipment, save the original package and contact us immediately. We will help begin the process of filing a damage claim and discuss replacing your purchase.
