Can I choose the length and clasp?

Yes — every necklace can be made to your requested length and with either a matching silver hook or a lobster clasp. Use the drop down box to choose your length, silver grade and clasp. If you would like them to be longer, contact me to let me know how much extra length is needed, this will require extra payment, which I can invoice you for. If you want it shorter let me know and I can remove some of the length, but still send it, then you can have a bit spare!

How do I care for my jewellery?

Keep jewellery away from creams, perfumes, and water. Remove before swimming or exercising. Store in a dry place (zip-lock bag included). Clean gently with the polishing cloth provided.

Can I cancel or return my order?

It saddens me if someone cancels an order as soon as they place one, my happy dance becomes a sad one :( However it happens. It is worth noting tho, that I will take all of Etsy's fees off the refund payment, including the re-listing fees, tax and vat. And I will refund the remainder via Etsy. RETURNS If you would like to return an item because you no longer want the item, you will need to cover the cost of the return postage. It will need to arrive in its original packaging and not be damaged or used. I will refund you, minus the costs I have already incurred (all the Etsy fees and postage). If the item arrives faulty, email me for further instructions, we may be able to rectify it. In both circumstances you must email me first.

Do you ship International?

In the light of the new USA tariff changes, I have set up my postage costs to reflect this change. Therefore there is now a flat rate of £25.00 to cover the tracked postage and any tariff charge to the USA. It's not something I am personally happy about, but that's the way it has got to be! Please note if you want to return your item for any reason, you may have to pay this amount to return it (that is your responsibility to cover any taxes and tariffs to return the item - if I am charged when it arrives, it will be deducted from your refund total). Please ensure you select your correct country when selecting postage charges, so you are charged correctly.

Why is your jewellery not available in Sterling Silver

It is! Just not on here. I made the decision to not sell Sterling silver options on here due to the rising cost of Sterling silver and the fact that I have to add Etsy fees on top, which was making the cost of my sterling pieces a bit ridiculous! So that I can keep the price of the Sterling option as low as possible it is only available on my website.
