4. After we receive your order we will email you a sample. Once we receive your final approval, the engraving process will begin.

All our orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive an update once the order has shipped along with a tracking number.
Once the item is engraved, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. We are unable to accept returns as each watch is custom engraved.
