► All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail, unless requested/requested otherwise. This typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. WildFiori is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. Additionally, we are not responsible for any packages that are delayed or lost in shipment, as this is beyond our control. Please contact USPS directly for more information on delayed or lost items.

► Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you are able to track your package. We can never guarantee a delivery date and do not give refunds on items not delivered in time.

► All items in our shop are "made to order" and therefore considered a custom made item. WildFiori does not accept returns or give refunds on any custom or "made to order" items. Please read the listings very carefully so you are aware of the materials, sizing, etc, and message us with any questions before placing your order. If there are any issues with your order once received, you need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s), no exceptions.

► We do not give refunds for orders not received on time or lost in the mail due to a delay with the USPS, as this is beyond our control.

► If your package gets lost in transit, or is marked as "delivered" when you did not receive it, this is unfortunately beyond our control. We are not responsible for items once they have been shipped, and we cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by USPS. Please contact USPS directly for more information on delayed or lost items.

► If your order is mailed back to us because you selected an old or incorrect mailing address, unfortunately the only option is for you to pay for shipping again so we can re-send the order to the new address. Please double check that the address you have on file is correct and current.

► Due to Etsy protection policies, I will not ship to any other address other than the one you provide during checkout. Please make sure your address is correct before submitting payment.

► All international orders are shipped via International First-Class Mail which can take anywhere from 9-15 business days. International shipping times are not guaranteed, as items can often be held in customs, which is beyond our control. Any customs and duty taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer upon receipt.

►Our party hats and crowns are secured on top of your child or pet's head with either ribbon or elastic. For party hats, place the ribbon or elastic behind your child's ears. For ribbon, you can either tie the ribbon under the chin or at the back under the child's head.

► For birthday crowns, the elastic or ribbon attachment is to be worn at back of head (not under chin).

► For adjustable crowns, the crown sits around your child's head and not on top of your child's head. Our adjustable crowns are secured on your child's head with ribbon that can be tied at the back of head.

►Our flower letters come in a range of sizes and styles. Our 8", 12", 16", 20" AND 24" letters can be hung on the wall with hanging material. The “best” size can vary depending on what you want it to say, overall size, and material!

Consider:
How large is the wall/space where you will be hanging it?
How much of the wall do I want the sign to occupy? Half? A quarter?

We may suggest a smaller size if the space is smaller and a larger size if the wall is larger. Knowing an approximate measurement of the space where the sign will be used is very helpful for us to help suggest the best size!

The width of floral letters vary depending on height. The taller the letter, the wider it is. Width varies between 4"-11.5."

► AVAILABILITY: Due to the handmade nature of our flower products like the letters and flower walls, substitute flowers may be used if certain flowers are not available at time of purchase. The product will be made with the same style as shown in photos, however, flower placement on a letter will vary since each letter is one of a kind.

► COLOR: Due to monitor differences, actual colors may differ very slightly from what appears online. Flower colors are subject to subtle variations in pigment. However, we consistently source the flowers from the same supplier(s).

► FONT: We offer letters in two font styles: CLASSIC and ARIAL. The type of font is listed in the description. We can use a different font upon request.

► If an item breaks or is damaged in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 (priority or expedited shipping) and you can submit the claim directly to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent directly to you as a check in the mail from USPS. If you would like more than $100 of insurance coverage on your item please let us know at the time of purchase. Please note that when submitting a claim to USPS, you must provide photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the package and damaged item as you may need to show USPS proof of damage. **Please contact us to let us know that the item has arrived damaged within 24 hours of the item arriving.
