All of our products have a linseed oil/beeswax finish to prevent rust. Simple care is required to maintain original finish. Apply a thin layer of linseed oil and rub with a clean cloth. Usually once or twice a year is sufficient. Due to the nature of steel, rust may develop over time but can easily be avoided with occasional maintenance Flat black powdercoating is available on our handles for outdoor use. All other products are intended for indoor use unless stated otherwise. Please note, that like any other iron product, a small amount of rust may develop overtime regardless of finish.

This is an extra heavy , durable door pull. Ideal for interior sliding barn doors . Each handle is crafted entirely by hand by Vermont blacksmith Molly Petraska

This handle comes in 2 sizes: 12" or 16" overall.
Back plate is 2" wide and 1/4" thick. Handle is made with 5/8" square stock steel which is hand hammered. The back plate is also heated and hammered by hand.

All sizes have a depth of approx 2 1/4".

Natural iron finish with linseed oil.
The natural iron is similar to a pewter color, with lighter silver like highlights throughout.

Also available in a flat black solid spray finish. This finish matches black track hardware nicely.

Now available in a oil rubbed bronze finish

These handles are intended for interior use. If wanting to use outdoors, a clear exterior polyurethane can be applied for the natural iron finish. The flat black and oil rubbed bronze finishes can be used exteriorly. Please note that regardless of finish, a dark rusted patina may develop overtime as any iron product used outdoors would.

Since each is made by hand, there may be some slight variations.
