All 3D printed kits are made after order is placed. Depending on what you order, printing times could be between 1-2 weeks. All items available are printed on a Voron 2.1 3D printer at 0.2mm layer height in white ABS Plastic, smaller parts are printed on a Elegoo Mars SLA 3D Printer in gray photopolymer resin.

Once your purchase is complete, your files will be available immediately through Etsy. If any files are updated, you can request the updated files free of charge.

This is a set of 3D printable files. They can be used to print a lightsaber on your own personal printer.

This download is for Darth Maul’s lightsaber Hilt STL Files made by AJLProps. This has been modeled with accuracy and ease of printing in mind and represents the screen used lightsaber from The Phantom Menace. This thing is just shy of 21 inches long. You can print and assemble either the entire double bladed lightsaber or just the battle damaged half from when Obi-Wan cut it in half.

You will receive twelve STL files. Files will be sent Instantly via etsy. Any updates to the files I do, will be provided to you free of Charge. Each file has been printed and test assembled by myself multiple times and a few other testers prior to making it to my Etsy store.

Model Updated as of December 28, 2018. Modified the LED lens and screw dimensions, adjusted the length of emitter fins.
