If you are ordering a design without a name, simply enter "None."

Silhouette Design

The pet's name will be cut out inside the pet silhouette using our signature Bromello font.

"Dog Mom" or Breed Mom Design

For designs such as "Great Dane Mom," your pet's name will be placed beneath the silhouette in a coordinating font sized to fit the design.

Dog Dad Design

The pet's name will appear beneath "Dog Dad" in a coordinating font.

All designs are produced in one color.

Production Method

Our designs are professionally applied using a commercial heat press.

No special washing or drying instructions are required. Simply wash and dry as you normally would.

Shipping Address

During our busy season (October through December), address changes cannot always be accommodated after purchase. If you need an address change, please include it in the notes at checkout, and we'll do our best to update it before shipping.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

We will contact you.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If we receive no response within 30 days, the item will be donated to a local animal shelter.
