I would have given this five stars, but I was unable to use it. I received it just fine and was able to download and fill it out with the menu I had. I did have to delete some spacing since my menu was larger than the sample. I loved the way it looked. Thanksgiving Day I brought everything to a friend's where we were to have dinner and I went to print out the menu. I uploaded, I downloaded, I refreshed, I actually did the whole thing over at one point. I ended spending so much time that eventually I had to stop to fix dinner. I was unable to use the menu. I was very disappointed. I work on the computer daily so I am not a novice, but was still unable to get it to work. After Thanksgiving when I mentioned that it didn't work, they said, why didn't you call. There was no way I was going to call on Thanksgiving.

Response from Roberta

Thank you for your feedback! I am always available for any questions my customers have - yes - even on holidays! I usually respond to questions within a few hours. Also, it sounds like you just needed to update your Adobe Reader. A simple update is all that is needed to resolve most issues with the editable PDFs. Again, I am always available to answer questions before or after my customers make a purchase. :)
