This wall art is handmade using reclaimed wood. The wood was originally plaster lath inside of a wall. The darker side is where the wood aged naturally and the lighter pieces absorbed some color from the plaster over time. The unique design is one of a kind and would be a statement piece in any space. To retain the character of the wood the top is not sanded down to a glass finish and has a subtle texture. No paints or stains were used to achieve the wood's unique coloration. It has been naturally aged over time.

Can be hung simply from a couple screws. There is a wood support frame along the back that rests flush and securely on your wall. If you prefer to add any hanging hardware, you can be install it to the wood support on the back without risking any damage to the piece.

We use authentic reclaimed wood that is over 100 years old. This wood has so much character that we try to avoid altering the surface when possible. It will have the slightly rough texture of raw wood. We are able to seal the piece with a matte sealer at your request with no extra charge. We use this sealer on our tables and table trays as it has the most minimal color change.
