This was for my 01 Toyota 4runner. I laid the cover over the OE cover with a thin, clear, double-sided tape that i had left over from wrapping my steering wheel. I did not cut any of the cover. I tucked it under the trim and screwed it back together. Just wanted a different look. Fitment was good. I wished it was real leather. Leather has just a more premium feel. Overall, I am happy with the product and recommend it.
