I found this pattern hard to follow in places, especially the increase/decrease, there was a lot of counting involved. It took me six attempts to get the beads lined up correctly. But my perseverance was rewarded because the pattern is very pretty and the results were really beautiful. One would need proficiency in bead crochet to make this pattern.

I received my earrings in a timely manner despite COVID. They are lovely but a little too long for my liking...resting on my shoulder. I actually decided to trim the tassels to make the earring shorter. One suggestion I would make is that the earring stone could be attached to a finding that would bring the stone closer to the lobe. I found that the stone is heavy and the ear piece is flimsy in comparison. Just an observation. I love the blue and gold combination of the stone and the tassel!

I can't fault the contents as the quality seems good but it says it is for beginners and therefore should have had a explanation of how to start in other words some instruction. I would have liked to give them a better review but this kit is not for beginners.
