DETAILS:
Necklace comes on 16-inch gold plated adjustable snake chain.
The Initial charm is 19mm x 12 mm
We make every pendant by hand using oven hardening clay.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Select the number of pendants from the drop-down menu.
2. Select the chain length from the drop down menu.
3. In the personalization box or notes section please provide initial and color combinations desired for each pendant.

PROCESS:

This necklace is hand stamped. The letters are aligned by eye and stamped individually by hand. This is not an exact process, so letter depth will vary between pieces and letter alignment may not be perfect. Our clay is hand mixed so colors may vary slightly. In addition, colors vary depending on the device the photos are viewed on. This means that the product you actually receive may not perfectly match the color shown on your screen.

Please do not use the notes section of your order to relay time sensitive information (such as needing an address change). If you need to relay information regarding shipping, please message us directly. Requesting an arrival date in the notes section of your order does not guarantee it will arrive by that day, but we’ll do our best! Our packaging is important to us! We don't offer gift packaging at this time, but all orders are packaged with Jill Makes branding and make great gifts.

Our pieces are all made to order. The processing time varies by item. See an individual item's listing for its processing time.

In fairness to all of our customers, we are not able to bypass the processing time to ship any order ahead of schedule.

If you are under time restraints or live in an area where package theft is common, please choose an upgraded, insured shipping method at checkout, like USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Free USPS First Class Shipping on orders over $35 typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive after the processing time. First Class Shipping is not insured. FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL orders take approx. 2-6 weeks to arrive. However, transit times can vary GREATLY. Our arrival timelines have temporarily increased due to COVID-19 and the holiday season. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. We don't have any control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. We have had customers wait several months for items to arrive.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL (6-10 business days) and USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL (3-5 business days). These shipping times are estimates and we can not guarantee the delivery date.

If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. If you selected an insured shipping method at checkout, your next step is to open a case with your local post office to be reimbursed for any lost / stolen packages.

Please note that Jill Makes will not be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. We are able to accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before the order ships.

If your item is shipped to the wrong address, we find that these packages are often returned to sender. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you once the item gets returned to us. You will then be held responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the correct address. (Typically $3-5 for domestic shipments, and prices vary for international shipping.)

We completely understand that you'd like your international order as soon as possible. We strongly recommend purchasing either USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express International (the fastest international shipping option available). Both of these shipping methods are insured by USPS.

While we never want to disappoint our customers, we are not able to issue a refund once your order ships from our studio. If the order is returned to sender, we will refund your order minus the cost of shipping.

It is PERFECT!! I have had this pendant in my favorites forever, and I'm so excited to have finally bought one. It's more special than the usual initial jewelry that you see out there. I know my niece will adore it.
