DIGITAL DOWNLOAD Thea Rachelle Raglan Pattern
Digital file type(s): 2 PDF
This listing is for a digital download of the Thea Rachelle Raglan Pattern. There are two files: one is a 48 page single-sided pattern, the other is a 16 page double-sided instruction booklet. It is formatted for a home printer. The pattern is assembled by trimming the edges of the pages and taping them together.
The Thea Rachelle Raglan is an adaptable top that can be worn to a picnic with cut-off jeans, or over a gown on a special occasion. A shirt length version sewn in willowy double-gauze, paired with blue jeans and tennis shoes is an earnest everyday staple. Top a pair of leggings with a thick flannel or gingham tunic and wear it to a pub, and allow the roomy pockets to stand in for a pocketbook. A cropped top assembled in sturdy wool plaid or a jacquard weave makes a handsome over-piece, just-right with a dress or high waist pants.
The body can be made wide or extra wide with the addition of pleats. The area between the single-fold pleats makes a sweet frame for a decorative accent: add a piece of coveted trim or a square of vintage embroidery.
Fabric suggestions: Linen, Flannel, Chambray, Stretch Denim, Dobby Weave, Gingham, Wool Crepe or Gabardine, Matelassé, Brocade, Seersucker, Lightweight Corduroy, Damask, Gauze and Double-Gauze.
