We advise buyers check with us once they finish placing an order to ensure all details have been provided. We are unable to process orders with incomplete item and personalization details. Sizing and Changes to Orders

Sizing is true to size with a comfortable and loungewear-appropriate fit based on the measurements within the size chart (check listing photos for item-specific guides). *All items purchased are final and would only be allowed to be remade for a remake fee plus the cost to reship *Changes to bag orders may not be able to be accommodated after 4 hours or order receipt, and garment orders 24 hours after order receipt, please double check your details prior to placing the order. Yes, we ship internationally! We offer FREE international shipping on orders of $70 USD or more. For orders under $70 USD, a $15 international shipping fee is required. International carrier rates have increased significantly, and this small shipping contribution helps us continue offering international delivery while keeping our product pricing as reasonable as possible. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country are separate from our shipping charges and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Does SS Weddings cover the cost of postage for returns?

If your items arrived damaged or different to what’s described on our website, we’re happy to cover the cost of return postage. Please write to us about your concern and if genuine, we will provide a return label. A return is required to initiate a refund If the order items did not arrive damaged or different and you are simply returning the items/exchanging then it is shop policy that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We offer to customize orders in every way possible since we make all our items from scratch, just message us to discuss your custom order! *We do not send proofs of orders. MONOGRAMS SHOULD BE GIVEN IN FIRST-LAST-MIDDLE INITIAL ORDER ONLY. We also do names, titles and dates, etc.

For example if using a font where the larger initial is in the middle (last name initial in the middle), please let me know first-last-middle in that order. For traditional monogramS, if the name is Jenny Marie Smith, for a font with the larger initial in the center (font 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 & 10), please ONLY let me know "jSm" -- to avoid confusion

Front embroidery can be done "pocket center" or "above pocket". Please indicate one of these choices when ordering, pocket center is done be default.

Please make a specific note of the requested embroidery if not doing a monogram. We can accommodate non-traditional monograms as well, so please reach out if you have a question on how to order.

For lighter colors, 100% opacity is not guaranteed, so do consider that when ordering. For the white PJs, those are lined for free.
