** Stating a date at checkout that you want an Order By does not in any way guarantee that you will receive the order by this date. Please contact us first.

** We offer two types of shipping for international packages: Standard or Traceable Shipping.
- The Standard Shipping is a Registered International Air Mail with a Signature required upon receipt, and is NOT traceable outside of Poland. If you choose Standard Shipping method we will not provide you with any information regarding status of your mail once it leaves Poland. Once we hand a package over to the postal service, it becomes their responsibility to deliver to you.
- The Traceable Shipping is a little bit faster and can be tracked in most countries (EU, US, Canada, Au, NZ) and is insured. You will be able to follow a link to the tracked information once it has been dispatched. We always obtain a proof of posting.

** All orders are shipped to the address provided with your Etsy order. Please make sure your address is correct and "safe" to receive items as refund will not be given for invalid mailing information.

*** Fees incurred by international packages being returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect addresses, a customer error or not being collected in time at destination will be the customer’s responsibility and must be paid before the item will be reshipped.
Refunds are issued, deducted by shipping and a 15% (but not less than $7) re-stocking and handling charges in the form by which the item was paid.

** Please note we are not responsible for delivery delays once the package is in transit with the carrier, as well as for lost or wrongly delivered package. That is the carrier's responsibility. We also do not take any responsibility for returned mail, or for unclaimed packages.

** After we post it, it is out of our control as According to Postal International Agreements, Recipient is the owner of the mail. However for Registered Mail we would be eligible to file a lost mail claim on customer behalf for non-receipt. There is a 30 working days window/timescale that the Postal Services state that you must wait until delivery is classed as ‘late’ - in order to submit a claim. If your package has not arrived within this time, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Steps can be taken to try and locate your package.

** ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES from dispatch:
* for Standard International mail:
- Europe: 6 - 15 business days
- US, Canada, NZ, Australia: 10 - 40 business days.
- Rest of world: 10 - 30 business days.

* for Traceable Shipping:
- Europe: 4 - 10 business days
- US, Canada, NZ, Australia: 6 - 30 business days.
- Rest of world: 7 - 30 business days.
This is just an ESTIMATE since actual delivery time depends on the efficiency of postal services and customs process! We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

** The shipping charge is detailed under every product listed. This cost is for shipping via Standard International Mail (no tracking available in number of countries). If you would like to be able to track your order please choose the international shipping upgrade option 'Traceable Shipping' at the checkout.

*** International items may be subject to customs processing. If you are outside EU you may be required to pay import duties, tariffs, taxes or any other costs imposed by your government - you will be notified by the carrier that delivers your goods if this is the case.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and if you wish to know these charges, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays.

*** The international packages outside EU have customs declarations.
By law we can not check "gift" on customs form under any circumstances. This practice of falsifying documents is illegal. Please do not request this of us.

*** We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue the refund if there are conflicting or incomplete information and luck of contact with the buyer.

*** If an item happens to break within one month (30 days) of the purchase date, we will gladly repair the item at no cost.

*** CARE Instructions:
Sterling silver will tarnish over time - this is perfectly normal and not a fault with your jewellery. The rate at which it tarnishes depends on several factors including the wearer’s skin chemistry. The best way to care for your silver jewellery is by avoiding contact with perfumes, creams, cosmetics or chemicals. Store it in a small plastic airtight bag and remove before showering, swimming and sleeping.
Tarnish can be cleaned with a silver jewellery polishing cloth.

*** All initial charms are HAND STAMPED in house. PLEASE NOTE there will be a slight impression on the opposite side of the charm and this is a natural byproduct of the hand-stamping process.
Hand stamped jewelry is not to be confused with laser engraved jewelry
