Can the writing on ornament designs be personalized to suit my needs?

The text on all of our ornament designs, in most cases, can be changed. Before purchasing, please send us a message and we can discuss the changes you are interested in making. Please note that changes or customizing a current design, is an add-on and there will be a small fee for this service.

Can I have more or less characters/people on my ornament than what I see in the listing photo?

Yes. We design your ornament to your specifications, more or less than what you see in the sample is fine. We provide a digital mock-up for you to approve, so that you can see how your ornament will look before we print. We do not recommend going any higher than 4 people on our Besties/Sisters/Moms & Daughters ornaments.

Do you have more characters/choices than what is seen in the listing?

We are constantly updating our options, but currently only offer what you see.

When will my order arrive?

If you chose our FREE SHIPPING via Lettermail (available in Canada only) option, please note that tracking is not available. If you chose parcel post (for both Canadian and US addresses), your tracking information can be found under your "Purchases & Reviews". If you have received notification that your item(s) have shipped, it means we handed your parcel over to Canada Post/USPS and it is on its way. If your tracking isn't updating, please check the Canada Post Service Alerts for delay information. Delays are completely out of our control, and we encourage our customers to shop sooner than later to avoid disappointment!
