How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within 2-7 business days. During holidays processing time may be longer. Once your item ships, I am no longer responsible for any delays the shipping company may experience. But don't worry, generally items arrive on time or early.

Why didn't my items ship together?

In order to offer a large range of products we work with print partners on some items. Discounted shipping is still offered on multiple products, but your items may ship separately.

My package says delivered but I don't have it.

The fastest way to resolve this is to contact your local post office. They should be able to tell you were the package was delivered via their scans, and often times can recover the package. You can also file a claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm If your package shipped UPS or DHL, please contact them to open a claim.

Something is wrong with my order, should I contact you?

Please contact me if you're not happy with your order! On the very rare occassion that there is a misprint we will ensure your item is replaced. Please send a clear photo of the item in order to process the replacement quickly. We do not accept exchanges or returns, due to being a made to order company.
