I will return the first proof within 48 hours, Please make sure you look over everything carefully because I will not be responsible for mistakes after you ok your proof.

If an item needs to be reprinted due to new change requests I am not responsible for any printing costs that have accumulated. I encourage you to double and triple check your proof and even have a second set of eyes. I am human. I try to copy what you write exactly but sometimes I make spelling mistakes. I do copy and paste most of the time so make sure you have punctuation how you would like, also please put commas between your words as sometimes I am not sure what words always go together.

Your finalized digital file in JPEG format will be sent via Etsy messages. Nothing will be sent to a mailing address.
