Suited as a unsex or Boy cat collar. The collar is multi coloured with, black, beige, rust and another damson type brown. I’ve placed a rusty brown breakaway on this collar but there are a choice of other breakaways colours to chose from.

What to expect of my collars

All my collars are made with quality cotton fabrics. They will be soft, pretty and of course irresistible. With that thought in mind, my collars will be soft, lightweight and comfy. Doing your best for your cat's comfort. I do not use stiff webbing and the plastic breakaway mechanism is light, hard wearing and of course used the safety mechanism.

Collar Low Down

All my Kitty Collars, are fully adjustable. There is a drop down menu on the top right of this listing with the different sizes available. I make my collars in 3 sizes, however, if you need me to create a alternative size, please message.

All my collars come with a safety breakaway, a metal D ring to attach the bell. The bell I typically use, does not have a loud ring but if you have a prolific hunter, please request the slightly bigger one, which is louder. The breakaway hardware used on my cat collars, ensures that with a little pressure/tug the collar will open if your cat was to be caught on anything. Having the collar closely fitted is paramount to ensure it operates as it should.

My collars are NOT suitable for a lead/leash, due to them being made with breakaway hardware.

Useful information

Please appreciate that all collars and pattern placement will be slightly different to the picture on here, the nature of some prints more than others. Differences should be subtle.

I make all my collars with love and care. They are quality checked before they leave me to ensure they are fit for purpose. Of course, they are not indestructible, so please ensure you check your kitties collar weekly to ensure it opens with a gentle tug.

Measuring your kitty for a MiaKat collar.

To measure your kitty, ideally use a soft fabric (Ikea paper ones are fab) tape measure and place 2 fingers between the tape and the neck to ensure you are order the right size and adjust it correctly before you fit it. All collars are 1cm in width

Washing Instructions

If you feel your kitties collar needs a freshen up. I suggest that a hand-wash may be in order or a gentle wash programme on your washing machine, such as delicates, wool or silk. I do not recommend fabric softener. Placing the collar in a sock or wash bag is a good idea, due to its size (remove bell and tag if necessary) dry naturally and then gently press. Once more, your kitty will be dressed to get noticed in nce more.

Paws crossed there will not be a problem on receipt of your order but if there is, please notify me within 48 hrs of receipt.

Exchanges

I am happy to exchange an item, however, the item must be in unworn, undamaged, re-saleable condition. The cost of all postage in this case will be covered by yourself.

Refunds

As much as the collar you chose was made especially for you and your kitty, if you do change your mind for whatever reason, I am happy to refund the cost of the item you purchased, minus, all postage costs incurred.

If there is an error on my part, I will of course cover postage costs and issue a speedy replacement.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Items that are shipped Internationally will be sent via a signed and track service. A signature will be required. I would suggest you follow your parcel for updates on delivery, so you can ensure you are able to take receipt or make arrangements. Most delivery offices try on 2 seperate occasion's to deliver, before the parcel is returned to your local/closet postal office to await being picked up by yourself. Please be aware, that all offices appear to have slightly different protocols so please check.

After a certain period of time should your package not be collected, it will be returned to myself back in the UK. At this point, you may opt to pay the additional shipping costs for me to ship out once more.
