All our covers are removable and machine-washable. The inserts with memory foam filling are NOT washable. The inserts with hollowfibre or similar filling are washable. If you are not sure what type of the inserts you have, please message us and we will provide you with the recommendations

To support the original condition of the bowls, please keep them clean and dry. Avoid any water or other liquid left on the top of the stand. High humidity may cause some imperfections both on the top and stand itself.

The quality of the stone stand was excellent, but I was not happy with the quality of the stainless steel bowls. When I washed them, the water turned silver. Not sure they are human grade stainless steel. I ended up buying separate bowls, but the stand is well made.
