Measurements for prints are as follows

A4 - 21cm x 29.7cm (8.2x11.6")
A3 - 29.7cm x 42cm (11.6x16.5")
A2 - 42cm x 59.4cm (16.5x23.3")

If these sizes don't fit your frame, message us and we will print in the size you need.

You will usually receive a sample of any personalised print. We will print and post without approval. If you would like to make changes to the sample, please send us a message as soon as possible.

We do also create custom designs.

Contact us through the listing you are interested in and we will let you know if it is available as a digital print.

We do not send a parcel out without tracking. You will always be able to follow your parcels progress through the postal system.

Each print is professionally printed in Australia on a lovely bright white 300gsm stock (sourced from sustainable forests with environmental management system certification, ultra smooth finish, acid free with archival inks ensure the print will last).

Our eco- conscious packaging includes gallery quality backing board (700gsm) made from thick boxboard material (100% post consumer waste recycled fibre,
FSC certified) and a polypropylene sleeve with resealable flap on the bagside. The bag can be reused, repurposed or recycled (REDCycle).

We have spent many years researching papers and inks to ensure that our products are not only going to look fantastic but aren't going to fade on you.

We also have a fantastic printer who prints our artwork and has over 20 years of experience in the printing industry.

I have found damaged or missing parcels is extremely rare. I always recommend purchasing registered post to safeguard your delivery. Your parcel is covered by insurance. For damaged orders you will need to return your entire parcel to the Post office and fill out a damaged report. Get a case number and give that to me and I will organise either a replacement or refund. If your order goes missing, we will launch an investigation via Australia Post which can take up to 10 business days. Once we have an answer, we will replace or refund.

All of our artwork is printed using professional printing machines therefore have a 5mm bleed white bleed area around each print.
