What is your turnaround time?

My current turnaround time is 1-3 business days. The sooner the better! Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. You will receive a confirmation message when I am about to process your order, and a tracking number shortly thereafter.

Can you make the lettering bigger?

I do hand stamping. It is done by striking steel stamps with a hammer, by hand and one at a time, in order to leave an imprint in the raw metal. Therefore, I cannot change the size of the lettering. All fonts are pictured in my store and in the listings to give you an idea of the size, and what your product will look like when finished. If you think that a font is too small and you need a larger size, please contact me before placing an order. I will not be able to adjust the size because I do not use a software.

How do I personalize my item?

Please add your personalization details in the personalization box at checkout. You can also contact me directly. Most items in my shop can be personalized, so do not hesitate to request a custom item.

My order is urgent! How do I let you know?

Please contact me before purchasing if you can. If you just leave a note for me in your order, I will not see it until I actually process it, which may not be immediately after you purchase. I do my best to process all orders asap, they are processed in the sequence they are received. In addition, you will have several shipping options to choose from at checkout: 1/Standard First class. Expect to receive your package within 6-8 days. 2/Priority shipping 2-3 days. Expect to receive your package within 3-5 days. 3/Express shipping 1-2 days. This is the only option with immediate processing and guaranteed delivery within 2 days of purchase.

Can you tell me more about packaging?

Each piece of jewelry is cleaned prior to shipping. The necklaces, earrings, bracelets and anklets will arrive in a lovely black gift box with white ribbon. The wallet cards will be placed in a lovely envelope. All accessories will arrive in a drawstring pouch. Single items will be mailed in a padded envelope. Multiple items will be sent in a box with bubble wrap if needed.

Do you include invoices in the package?

Because many orders are gifts shipped directly to the recipient, no invoice will be included in the package. You will receive your invoice via email, from Etsy.

How do you ship domestic orders?

You also have the option to select USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days or Priority Shipping at checkout, which takes 2-3 days. With Priority Shipping, packages are automatically insured up to $50. If you selected Priority Shipping 2-3 days, keep in mind that I process orders in the order they are received, so I still need a few days to process your order. Priority Shipping is different than Priority Processing. It means that the Post Office will forward your package faster than regular shipping AFTER I mail the package. Take a look at my processing times. They depend upon the volume of orders and time of year, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day being the busiest times for me.

Will I be able to track my order after you ship it?

Yes, regardless of the shipping method, shipment confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by you.

How do you ship international orders?

Due to many delays and losses during transit, and custom fees that are applied by other countries and not covered in my shipping fees, I no longer ship internationally except for Canada and Australia. Please note that tracking will stop once the package leaves the USA. Standard transit time to Canada can take anywhere from 10 to 30 days. Standard transit time to Australia can take anywhere from 20 to 80 days.

Please do keep in mind that copper is a metal that may oxidize, which means that it may change color and leave behind a nice patina. It adds character to the piece and does not mean that the keychain is not clean. I clean and sanitize all of my items before they leave the office.

★ HOW TO ORDER:
1/ From the drop down menu, select the number washers you will need on your keychain. 15 washers will fit on a 1" split ring before getting too crowded. I will use a larger 1.5" ring for orders over 15 washers.

2/ From the drop down menu, select a font (picture in listing).

3/ In the personalization box, please indicate:
- The tassel color to use
- The text(s) to stamp - 20 letters will fit per washer
- If you want the lettering to be darkened or left raw (metal color, not blackened)
- The finish of your washers (smooth, hammered edges, or hammered entirely)

★ ONE SIDE ONLY
I cannot stamp the back of the metal. I use a hammer and metal stamps. So if I stamp the back of it, it will flatten out the lettering already stamped on the other side and leave slight but visible marks.

★ PREVIEW:
I do not use a software, I stamp directly into the metal with a hammer and steel stamps, by hand and one at a time. So I will not be able to send a proof before processing your order.

★ STAMPING:
Each individual character (letter, number and/or symbol) is stamped by hand, by me, one at a time by placing steel stamps face down on the metal and hitting them with a hammer. Because my products are made to order and not engraved by a machine, reasonable variations are to be expected and contribute to the uniqueness and hand finished quality of each piece. Please keep in mind that I am happy to make this piece for you, so you can trust that I will always create it to the best of my abilities, with a lot of effort, time and care. I will not mail you a piece that is not esthetically acceptable to me.

★ COLOR:
I use oil based paint pens to blacken the stamping. Because there is no chemical reaction that actually alters the metal properties, the color may fade. We highly recommend not getting the keychain wet.

★ GIFT/PACKAGING:
The keychain will come in a lovely drawstring pouch, ready for gift giving.

The item I bought was absolutely perfect for the book worm In our life. It was beautifully made and came in easy to gift packaging. I couldn’t think of a more perfect gift for my daughter to get her gram for Christmas than a custom bookmark and modern expressions knocked it out of the ballpark.
