The locket was perfect and the added bonus of the seller placing the pictures in the locket for me was especially nice! The color of the locket was a beautiful deep dark blue that my mother-in-law loved! Ola was so helpful during the process and noticed I purchased 2 lockets a day apart with expedited shipping for each. She reached out and let me know she would combine the 2 lockets in the same package for expedited shipping and would refund me the 2nd expedited shipping cost I paid for so that I was only paying for expedited shipping once. That level of care and customer service is why I will be a return customer!
