These only work with Nintendo controller triggers. If you have 3rd party triggers these will likely not fit. If you have 3rd party triggers, send me a message before ordering.

Please note: I've updated my trigger plug design based on feedback from people who have purchased from me in the past. Functionality is the same, but the actual plug will be different from pictured until I'm able to update my product photos. The design should allow for plugs to be easier to install and remove than the old design.

Short plugs work with: Melee, Project M/+, Ultimate

Tall plugs work with: Melee, Project M/+

Shielding mechanics changed between games. As a result you cannot use tall plugs in newer games, like ultimate.

Trigger plugs shorten the distance before a getting a hard press of the triggers. The short plug allows some light shielding, where the tall plug goes right to full shield.

Installation is quick and takes a few minutes, needing a tri-wing tip and a normal Philips head bit. Once the triggers are remove you just slide the plugs in and you're done. To remove the plugs a pair of pliers is ideal.

After installation the color of these cannot be seen. If you have a request for a custom color, please include it in the order note. Please don't request more than 1 color, if multiple colors are needed for a custom controller build - please send me a message. If I have the color available I'll produce in that color. If no color is specified, color will be picked at random.

*Additional information for personalization and plug selection: If you pick an incorrect number of plugs (e.g. you order 1 set, but input "4 Tall, 2 Short". A total of 3 sets) I will reach out to get a correct count of each plug. If no response is received, I will ship the order with an equal split of tall and short plugs.

Note About 3D Printed Parts:
3D printed objects are created "layer by layer" of tiny lines of plastic typically at heights of 0.1mm to 0.3mm. As a result you may see "Layer Lines" on the object. Some objects may have some blemishes in the surface finishes, or rough patches - these are normal in the 3d printing process. Objects printed with PLA plastics are very durable, but should not be left in an area of extreme heat (like a car in summer). If exposed to heat in this way, the objects may deform. If you have any issues with the finish or quality of your part, please feel free to contact me, and I will assist in any way.
