Unique Designs: All designs on our cutting boards are personalized. Provide details such as first or last names, initials, dates, etc., in the "Optional Notes to Seller" section during checkout. Double-Check Details: Please double-check the details, especially spellings, as we are not responsible for misinformation. Designs will be engraved after custom arrangements and payment of a custom design fee.

Shipping Problems (Damage, missing items or non-deliver)

Tracking and Delivery Issues: If there are issues with tracking, missing items, or non-delivery, contact us through our Etsy shop immediately. Damaged Items:If you receive a damaged item, it's crucial to retain the entire packaging and the item until UPS contacts you. Within 3 days of receiving a damaged product, kindly provide us with photos of both the damaged item and the packaging, along with the buyer's phone number. Failure to report within this time frame may result in UPS not accepting any subsequent claims regarding the issue.

For receiving a damaged item

For a fast and better solution, you should not only keep the item but also keep the delivery package and take a picture of both of them. After you take pictures of a damage box or the item send us the pictures with your order number to our Etsy shop messages area.
